Dear Poets,
It is with sad hearts that we announce Cross Way Publications will be shutting down. When Jerry Hoffman went home to be with the Lord, his family was dedicated to keeping this ministry alive as long as possible. Unfortunately, after two years, we are no longer able to continue. We realize this site is a home to many talented poets, and we have been blessed by all of your wonderful contributions. It is our hope that friends who have found each other here, will continue their friendship after our doors are closed. And that all poets will continue to write down the words the Lord places in your hearts, and will diligently seek to share those words with others.
We will leave the site active through December, then will shut it down in January. This should give you plenty of time to remove your poetry.
In the words of Jerry, Have a great day serving and writing for our Lord and we'll see you in a little while.

Jerry R. Hoffman, founder and administrator of Crossway Publications and ChristianPoetry.org passed away after a brief illness on July 17, 2009.
His children are dedicated to continuing his online ministry for as long as possible, but we are not sure what the future holds for this site.
